Our company is one of the few companies in the Czech Republic operating multimodal transport combining road – rail – road, enabling us to transport loads weighing up to 27 tons. We offer this service for transports to Germany (limited to areas with the postal codes 30, 40, 50) and to countries of the Benelux (complete coverage).
Multimodal transport is particularly convenient as much of the local legislation regulating road haulage does not impact the combination of road and rail transport.
The use of multimodal transport also enables us to minimize the effects of haulage on the environment. The mitigation of our impact on the environment is a long-term goal of ČSAD LOGISTIK Ostrava a.s., certification norm – ISO 14001:2004.

The company ČSAD LOGISTIK Ostrava a.s. is involved in the project „Acquisition and renewal of semi-trailers for combined transport“ within the Operational Program Transport 2014–2020 (OPD), announced by the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic.
The project is co-financed by subsidy funds from the European Union and with support from the OPD, a total of 30 new semi-trailers will be acquired by ČSAD LOGISTIK Ostrava a.s.
